I am 30 right now 6/13/75. I played what they refer to as semi-pro football. Basically summer league full contact football for guys who love to play. Anyone from Ex-NFLers to people who have never played before play.

Well I blew my first knee out (right knee) back in 00' and had it reconstructed using patella graft, this past summer I blew my left knee out and will use the hamstring graft. Basically I dont know if I want to play football anymore because I have a life and Im not getting paid.

I do know that you can rehab an ACL and be stronger than before if you put in the work. ITs painful and its hard but if you want it bad enough you can do it. I went from 200 lbs on my first ACL injury to 230 lbs with a 34 inch vert and a 4.6 40... then I dropped 15 pounds this summer and had A 39 inch vert and sprinting close to a 4.4 40... You can do what ever you want if you put in the work.
