41 yo. male. sports include snowboarding, mountaineering, running, hunting, other physical stuff. I completely tore my L acl in March of 2002 landing a flat snowboard jump. I continued snowboarding the rest of the day, but knew something was severely damaged. I severely re-injured the knee in a martial arts test in Dec of 2002. ACL surgery was performed Sept 17, 2004. Auto ham.
10 wks update: activities include hiking up to 2 miles a day, biking 20 min. at a time, treadmill, various quad and ham exercises. Knee feels really good.
