I have spent many years in fencing, martial arts, rugby, cross-country skiing and backpacking. Thus, you can imagine the indignity I felt when I tore my ACL in my in-laws' backyard while tossing around a @#&^%* frisbee!!
Injury was late June 2004. Auto-patellar surgery scheduled for October 5, 2004.
