Im 18 and completely tore my ACL while playing in a volleyball tournament in April. With that i also have a bucket handle tear to my medial meniscus. After getting an MRI and talking with my doctor, im getting surgery. Depending on how badly torn my meniscus is, it will determine whether or not i get it repair or removed.
I'm going away to college in the middle of August. My surgery is July 5th. Will i be able to return to work (lifegaurding, which includes sitting and a little bit of walking) before I leave for college or no?
