My 18 year old daughter tore her ACL in 2004 after dismounting from a bar routine. She had reconstructive surgery 6 months later using her patella tendon. Her rehabilitation was FANTASTIC, she was playing soccer a year later and also dove for her high school team. I give all the credit to our OS, Dr. David Leffers. She just re-injured the same knee, haven't even been to Dr. yet. Will update when we have more info.
