Hey everyone! I'm here for some info and encouragement.
I'm a college basketball player from texas, and had surgery 2 months ago and and wondering if I should be doing rehab everyday, or every other day? and if so, to what extent? I don't want to over work it.
Also as far as flexibility's, I can extend completely normal, but can only bend to 125 degrees. should I be doing something more to help with this? stretch it?
Any Help you could give would mean the world to me. I want to get back to being a good athlete.
