I'm a 22 year old female. I swim and run 4-5x per week, and am a former collegiate athlete. I tore my acl skiing on January 25, 2004. I underwent acl reconstruction (patellar autograft) on March 12, 2004. I am currently 4.5 weeks post-op, and working hard to get the knee back to pre-injury level.
