First tear was a left knee autograft as part of an unhappy triad (mcl and meniscus as well) back in the summer of 2001 right before I was about to go to college to play basketball. Recovery went well and was playing again in about a year.
This past month, Nov 2006, I tore it again playing in a flag football game. It had been 100% previously so I'm hoping to bounce back even stronger the second time.
