I m 43 male Vietnam, had surgery on my lef knee for reconstruction of ACL on Febr 3-rd 2007. I did some exercises for recovering. Now i can bend my cheer to my butt. And can walk slowly only. Can not run, can not sit on my butt. Is that i am normal on prosecc of my recovery ?
