Getting Frustrated?

Doctor keeps presponing my appointment , i just want to know if Its a partial or full tear .! At what point of time will i ever feel instability , like my knee has no acl ? .....ive cut on ice , deep squated over 400 pds , and recently tried jumping off a half of flight of stairs ...?? ..help me out a bit here ,im frustrated .
