PT and ? on Brace

Per my OS's protocal, I had my first formal PT session today 20 days after ACL reconstruction, meniscus trimming and some femarol head shaving(?). I'm in a brace that is set for 120 degrees of flexion. I had no trouble without the brace with 120 in the office. My other knee is at 150 degrees. After a little warm up on the bike some and massage I was able to achieve 130. I'm working on the flexion at home and hope to get further before my next visit on Monday. The PT was concerned that I'm limited in a brace that only allows me to flex to 120. Although I was told I can work on flex with or without the brace. She was going to contact my OS to prescribe another one, although it's unclear whether insurance will pay. I do have a sports brace but I doubt he will want me in that yet. Tell me about your full brace experiences. Is a setting of 120 enough? I'm still using my crutches for another week.

All in all I've had little pain and little swelling. It's been almost a piece of cake.
