6th surgery..what do you think?

Well I just had my 6th arthroscopic surgery to remove a fairly large tear in my posterior meniscus. In four years I have had five of those surgeries. ACL replacement, hammy graft...lateral meniscus removal, medial repair...2 microfractures and 2 debridements! Before this surgery (which was supposed to be a repair) I had three options...A partial knee replacement from the "2nd opinion" or a transplant "very rare here in Canada" or the repair from the doctor that performed the last 3 surgeries. If I had the funds I would have made an appointment with Doctor Mark and maybe had it done right. But here I am...left to think about my future and where I am headed. So my question is...after all this surgery when can I expect my quality of life to dimish due to knee pain...and at age 33 will I get to play soccer again and partake in karate...and all the sports I love. I am also a personal trainer...so will my career suffer? My heart would simply hate a desk job? Anyone else have to go through this crap??????
