Everyone who reads my posts must first click on my user name and read my profile.

If a person such as yourself came to see me, I would tell them to ride the stationary bike on hour per day,everyday, getting their heart rate up the to target HR for their age, go on Nutriex Sport, stop smoking, and weight what they did when they graduated from high school.

Wisdom always trumps technology. Unfortunately they dont teach wisdom in residency and fellowships. (there is no reimbursement for it) You have to arrive with it on your own, although not all do.
