I had a auto hamstring graft 3 weeks today. My PT would have liked me off the crutches by now and to be honest, I've pretty much ditched them. I have walked without brace too but not too much or far. I have plenty of stairs here and have just started going down them in a continual manner, one foot one stair. Up was easier. Thanks for the words of encouragement, you seem to be progressing nicely.
