Hey –

My other knee has been getting a bit sore also. I think it’s from overcompensating – doing a bit too much work. The right knee is a bit loose due to a partial acl tear. The Dr says he could feel an end point where there is still some of the acl holding. Actually both the hip and knee on the good side are getting sore come to think of it.

So you are a physical therapist? You are familiar with the tests – like the pivot shift and I think the lachman’s (I think – been a number of years since I read this stuff)test to manually diagnose a torn ACL
