Sorry, no I am a Personal Trainer...but I have been in Physical Therapy for the last 4 years...so I know the in's and out's of it all...As a matter Of fact I am best friends now with my PT and we work well together. He is usually the first one I call after surgery...My hip pops a lot and my OS says I could have Patella femoral with a medial meniscus tear. But he has not gone in yet to see. That is the debate now...whether or not to start on the right knee...yes I agree over compensating could be the problem and using it for 12 weeks soley after a microfracture as you know what the healing process is after that.
