Everyone who reads my posts must first click on my user name and read my profle.

I never employ that graft source, so I am speaking from what I have learned from docs that utilize it.

Most reccommend that receipients of the hamstring reconstructions confine thier activities to the gym or health club for the first ONE YEAR.
