I'm returning to soccer at 6 months post-op with an auto-hamstring. I'll let you know how it goes. I started skiing at 4 months post-op without any trouble. At 5-6 months post-op, the autograft is plenty strong, however, your hamstring harvest site is deficient which affects your ability to run and sprint. You have to work very hard to regain strength in that area, otherwise you won't be able to return that early.
