True, but I've heard that typically happens within 4 months post-op which is why you can't push as hard in early rehab as you would with the auto-patellar. I think a stretch occurance after this point would have more to do with quality of the hamstring graft, and could happen anytime.
A good example, a teenager is saw in rehab re-tore his hamstring graft two weeks after being released for soccer at 6 months post-op. But he had no meat on his legs to begin with, so the graft must have been scrawny. He went back to the same surgeon who then gave him an allo.
