What you feel is the graft site being mad as hell. It gets much better.

You are a month away from really doing any strenthening to your hamstring. Just being able to do a no resistant hamstring curl is probably beyond you.

You don't need an ACL for basic walking around and such. If your knee feels unstable that is muscles of mush, not the graft.
