I am 4 months out now and I remember being in your position . . . I was pretty active (relatively speaking) right off the bat, and I remember being nervous about the graft if I felt anything "different" in the knee.

Rest assured that if you tear the graft either you or your physical therapist will certainly know, just based on stability/looseness of the joint. Be careful though in this early stage b/c you can stretch the graft without actually tearing it, which can be just as bad in the long run.
