If you have severe arthritis of the hip, that a big problem unto itself that needs traatment. The IT business is probably secondary to the hip issue. I don't think the ACL business is very important, present an arthritic hip. With hip arthritis, I doubt you were doing any cutting or pivoting sports at a high level.
