My take on partial ACL tears is easy. The knee is either loose or its not. The loose ones need to be fixed, those that ar enot loose, can be left alone. The PCL can nearly always be left alone (as demonstrated from the preceeding article), although I am not sure is SueBW and Dr. Noyes would always agree.
