My ACL was torn 8 years ago, and replaced 4 years ago. I've been having pain under my knee and in my thigh, which I thought was caused by my quads. My PT suggested it might be my hip. This was verified by the OS, and I am scheduled to have hip replacement surgery. I just can't understand how the hip got so bad, for no reason and without me knowing it.

I wish Bob had a "Hip Board"
