the best part the QT repair is the one (naturally two would be better as in the PT) bone plugs.(one is better than nothing)
I have heard of guys that use the QT as a free soft tissue graft. I can't imagine what the purpose of it is. When its a free soft tissue graft, it has the same disadvantages of the hamstring repair, although I would consider it is a pubescent athlete with open growth plates. I think you are no longer a child.
