revascularization

I put this in a PS in an earlier note but I'd like some comments, especially from the health professionals here, or those who have had similar experiences. In my 'scope last week to clean out some scar tissue and trim a lateral meniscus tear, my ortho noted that the ACL allograft from three years ago never revascularized.

My concern is this: am I in danger of further injury? Does this thing have to be replaced? How long can I expect it to function?

If anybody has any knowledge or information they can share, I'd certainly appreciate it. I'm not really interested in more knee surgery, but I'm also not interested in damaging the joint further if I can help it.

Thanks,
Tom
