An ordinary AP and lateral X-ray is all that is usually all thatis necessary to get a good idea of tunnel placement. An MRI would tell you the same thing and cost one thousand bucks. If the tunnels are right, and the motion is severely lacking, then the graft was probably pulled too tight. Its just as simple as that. Remember, Orthopaedic Surgery is not rocket science.
