yes i agree with michael because you shouldn't have the crutches up in ur armpits, i was on crutches for 8 wks and didn't suffer any arm pit chafing all i ended up with was callus on my hands and some bruising at first in my hands because all the pressure and take it i'm a big female and not a little tiny person and i didn't suffer any arm pit chafing.
