3 weeks Post-Opt

Hello everyone. Bob great website!! My motto is: nothing is forever, but geez it sure feels like it. Well I'm 3 weeks post operation, ACL bone-patellar and maniscus clean-up on left knee. I can straighten my leg pretty good but can't bend it very well. I started rehabing it 5 days after surgery. I have found that no matter how well I stretch or am able to bend my leg the next morning it is rather stiff. Any recommendations or this par for course? Also my doctor told me I should have ditched the crutches two weeks after surgery but I am still using them (1 week so far) and can't but the pressure on the leg that I would need to operate. My physical therapist says with a patellar graft with maniscus tear on average it's 4-6 weeks post-opt before people start walking without crutches, what is everyone else experience?
