Christine much appreciated. I am doing the hanging leg currently but I hadn't heard of the wall. Explain more how you do that one if you could. Nice to hear that there is hope. PT told me today that scar tissue growth is different with everyone and mine is a little more intense causing my leg to fight the bend. Oh well, guess that means I'll have to bite the bullet a little more. Rather exhausting and I am just starting the fight. Thanks again.
