Lay on your back with your butt almost (depending on how tall you are, the closer your butt is to the wall, the more severe the angle will be and the harder it will be)against a wall and put your legs up it. Slowly bend your knees and let your feet come down the wall toards your butt. Gravity will help. I had to do this 10 times, 3x a day. You are aiming of course for below 90, (when your feet pass below your knee). The scar tissue (which I had as well, it felt as if my tibia would break when I first started to bend the knee, like it was out of place) will go away when you are allowed to rub it out. But that's not for a bit yet. My scar is now almost flush with my skin.
