A meniscus repair might require 4-6 weeks on crutches, but if it was trimmed/cleaned up you should be off the crutches by now. The sooner you start using the knee the better. I ditched the crutches within a week. Do the wall slides like Christine said and make sure you're getting full extension (back of knee touches ground when extended). Ice after exercises to reduce any more scar tissue development.
