Congrats Tanya, and Doug! I'm 3 years out as well! Had patellar auto on 2/7/05. The knee is doing great...I'm back running and skiing full-force. I couldn't believe it when I realized it had been 3 years. I rarely think about my knee anymore. It was all I thought about for 8 months or so after my skiing accident.
