Are you really using an immobilizer? I can't believe in this day and age that there are still such retro practices out there. I was in an immobilizer for 5 days after my injury and when I got to my OS he was upset - made me take it off. Believe me - the pain of getting that leg working again was way worse than after the acl reconstruction when I got it moving right away.
