Bledsoe Braces

Any info on Bledsoe Axiom D braces. I had Townsend rebel, has basically worn out in 2 years frame got weak. Bend it back and it spreads again. Two years with ACL and Menscus tears. Fell down allot, but after brace no more falling down, could run like the wind. I was told that the new Bledsoe racheting strap system worked well and didn't wear out the velcro straps. I tried this brace on and it seemed to support well.
However they are making a "custom" fitted one for me, but after reading older article on Bledsoe I'm a little concerned.
Has anyone used the new models?????
