Today the pain is a bit more manageable, PT was tough, and since it's in the morning (at 7am) I always feel like I'm doing better, but as the day goes on...however today I was able to put in more than 4 hours of work, which is nice.
Everyone is telling me (non knee vets I mean, just random people at work, etc) that I'm pushing too hard, so I'm going to follow their advice, push hard at PT, but don't overdo myself working, etc.
