There are many states that you can go to who you want to, they CANNOT direct your care. My mom is a workman's comp Case Manager(35 yrs exp) in PA and I have learned soooo much. Make sure they just aren't giving you the runaround . . . you deserve to get better if surgery is the choice you take. Or whatever path you choose. Good luck.
