In Response To: As good as it gets? (Brez)

I remember getting pretty discouraged at 1 year because my knee still did not look like the uninjured one. I, like you, was doing everything I wanted to but still very aware that YES - it was my ACL knee. The improvements from 18 to 22 months were so great that now at almost 2 years, I have no worry about the ACL knee at all. As a matter of fact, it is now my "good" knee because I have subsequently injured the other one.
Keep doing what you are doing. It is not the "big" knee for nothing. You can expect improvements up to 2 years post op and as long as nothing bad happens to your graft, you will be much happier.
Good luck
