Do NOT use a cadaver !!
If I had only know about this ACL board before my knee blew out. I went with the allograph because that is what my surgeon said he liked and a much Faster recovery time for me. But what he failed to mention is the high failure rate.. right Dr. Mark ... less than two years later I blew it again standing in the surf!
I still haven't found the time to have it fixed again.
