I'm just close to 14 months post op (ACL Allo, Meniscus Repair) and things have improved steadily. I did think that I'd hit the wall a couple of times with stiffness and such, but it's a slow rebuilding process. Monday I played soccer in my over 30 league and yesterday I biked 10 miles and ran 3 miles....pain free. It gets better.
