BTW, have you had the knee simply injected with lidocaine? A simple, low risk, potentially valuable diagnostic test. Pain relief would suggest an interarticular lesion and suggest AGAINST RSD. RSD is a rare, poorly understood condition. Hear hoofbeats, think horses first, not llamas. Or Zebras.
