Here's another thought. If you've got a stiff, painful knee, and the graft is too far whatever, it often make more sense to simply remove the graft, rehab the knee, see how well you do, sans ACL. After you regain full ROM and have talked things through with your OS and PT, decide if revision with an isometric graft is appropriate. Remember, there are MILLIONS of ACL deficient people out there.
