Cyclops Lesion

I had an ACL repair 7 months ago as well as having a 3rd of the meniscus removed.

My recover has went very well as I have regained full range of movement. One thing that worries me is when I extend my knee to straigthen it and in that last few degrees my knee joint clunks. It feels deep and there is no pain. When I put both legs on a flat surface they both lay flat (full extension).

I know what causes this lesion and I may have it after reading up on it on the web, but should you have it removed?

Anyone had one before?
