1 Year after surgery - Knee swollen

I got my ACL constructed with patella tendon on Dec 06 , was doing good with my regular day to day activities ; Last sunday i used my treadmill for 20 minutes one stretch and while getting out of it the knee was big sore - after few munities’ I did landed my leg in twisted position while walking - got a small click sound & I was okay to walk without any problem afterwards ; after couple of hours it got swollen little bit .The swelling was same after 24 hours now - I could not do a full ROM because of the swelling , there is some sharp pain on the outer side of my left knee.

If someone experienced this problem can please explain me what would have went wrong .
