Dr. Mark:

My OS removed a bit of meniscusd and baseball-sized baker's cyst then seeing the damaged cartilage performed the microfracture. How long can I expect to be out of running and playing basketball? Also what are the types of rehab and support medications you prescribe? I'd like to start the stationary bike as soon as I can. Finally, i had been doing yoga few times a wekk, how long should I take off from that?

Thanks very much for any advice you (or others) can offer!
