I tried it for OA - didn't work for me but know people how swear by it. Ended up with a tubercle transfer, etc., surgery that has worked like a charm. (was not an easy surgery though so glad we tried more conservative measures like synvisc first)

Can't imagine what it would have to do with an ACL though -
