I'm not sure? I agreed to an ACL operation and he said he would clean up anythign that he saw then, but microfracture was never mentioned.

I've reported a complaint to the Arizona medical board with Dr Cummings for two reasons. One, I was given a procedure I was not told could happen during my 3rd ACL surgery. Two, even though he claims the microfracture surgery worked (but ACL failed), and since he cannot figure out why the microfracture has put me in so much pain, he and TOCA have refused to doing anything else.

Unfortunately, all OSs doctors in the Phoenix area refer me to Dr Carter who is associated with TOCA and thus will not me.

I'm in a bad situation since, I really can't fly in my condition, and driving distances is painful to attempt to see other doctors outside the PHX area.
