Thank you I will check out the website. My situation is that I can't find a doctor to give me a TKR, so 1) that scares me as to if this is something I should be asking for 2) will a TKR help me.

My worst fear is that I get a TKR and still have the same pain. I was very active(basketball, running, mtn biking etc. . ) previous to my doctor (DR Cumming, at TOCA in AZ) doing a un-needed microfacture surgery on me.

So I trying to find out as much information as possible, b/c I understand that outside the US there are good doctors that will give me a TKR.
