Thank you drmark, I'll take that to the bank. I feel much better knowing it wasn't something that I caused.

Further, I'm still trying to figure out how the heck I tore my medial meniscus. I can't recall a traumatic event, and at no time did I experience swelling ... just the gradual onset of pain and a new popping and clicking. Things that make ya go hmmm.
