Dear RBA,

This forum's automatic spam filter sometimes gets triggered by innocuous words. The best way to get around this is to try previewing (since the previewing goes through the same filtering process) one half of your message. (Simply use copy and paste to move the text: CTRL+C and CTRL+V, assuming you are using Windows.) If that half works, then you know that the problem is with the other half of your message. (Note: Copying-and-pasting your text is easiest if you compose the message in a word processor first.)

Continue copying-and-pasting using this half-and-half method.
By successively halving-down your message, you can quickly pinpoint the problem and nail the problematic word.
